So I started this collagen the bovine and marine mix after trying the regular collagen protien. Bare in mind I'm 34 this year and I've been recently told someone thought I was 25 and another 23! I walked into work one day and got 4 different compliments about my skin. So yes I'd definitley recommend this product. Unlike other collagen I have tried you can see the difference in how it dissolves in the water. Others clump and take ages to mix whilst this one is almost clear within 5 mins! Buy it!
