Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Welcome to Clinicol.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clinicol website, online store, products, subscriptions, services, content, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, the terms "Clinicol," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Clinicol. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any person accessing or using our Services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, enrolling in a subscription, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are under the age of majority in your state of residence, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

Clinicol sells dietary supplements and related consumer products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Clinicol products are not drugs or medical treatments.

Information provided through our website, advertisements, emails, social media accounts, packaging, educational materials, or other communications is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical advice.

Where applicable to statements made regarding our dietary supplements:

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any dietary supplement, particularly if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding;

  • Are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications;

  • Have an existing medical condition;

  • Have allergies or sensitivities;

  • Are scheduled for surgery; or

  • Have questions regarding whether a product is appropriate for you.

Never disregard professional medical advice because of information you have read on the Clinicol website or in Clinicol marketing materials.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate medical assistance immediately.

3. Individual Results

Individual experiences with dietary supplements vary.

Testimonials, customer reviews, case studies, before-and-after content, endorsements, and other customer experiences displayed by Clinicol represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Results may depend on numerous factors, including diet, lifestyle, genetics, age, health status, consistency of use, and other individual circumstances.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, images, pricing, serving information, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, we do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Product packaging, formulations, ingredients, serving sizes, appearance, and specifications may change from time to time.

You should always review the physical product label and packaging before use, particularly if you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities.

In the event of a material difference between information displayed online and the physical product label, you should contact Clinicol before using the product if you have any concerns.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase;

  • Discontinue products;

  • Modify products;

  • Refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary;

  • Restrict sales to particular individuals, geographic regions, or jurisdictions; and

  • Correct inventory errors.

We do not guarantee that any product will remain available indefinitely.

6. Orders

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Clinicol.

An order is not considered accepted by us until we have accepted and processed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Unauthorized payment activity;

  • Pricing or inventory errors;

  • Product availability;

  • Suspected resale activity;

  • Violation of promotional terms;

  • Abuse of our refund, replacement, or promotional policies; or

  • Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice, except where notice is required for an existing subscription or under applicable law.

Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may be added at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than fulfill the order at the incorrect price, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Payment

By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

  • The payment information you provide is accurate; and

  • You authorize Clinicol and our payment processors to charge your payment method for amounts associated with your purchase.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.

Clinicol does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card information.

9. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Clinicol may offer certain products through recurring subscription programs, including Subscribe & Save offers.

When you enroll in a subscription, the applicable price, frequency, and other material subscription terms will be presented to you before completing your purchase.

Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Clinicol and our payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring frequency disclosed when you subscribe, until you cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless and until it is cancelled.

Subscription Charges

Each recurring order will generally be charged using the payment method associated with your subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and may pause, modify, or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be collected.

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription using the subscription management functionality made available through your Clinicol account or by contacting Clinicol Customer Support.

Cancellation must be completed before the next subscription order has been processed to prevent that order from being charged and fulfilled.

Once an order has already entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel that individual shipment.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

Subscription Prices

Subscription pricing, discounts, products, benefits, or terms may change from time to time.

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice before a material change takes effect.

Continued use of the subscription following an applicable notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated subscription terms, subject to applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue under the updated terms.

Promotional Subscription Offers

Introductory discounts, free gifts, discounted first orders, or other subscription promotions may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts do not necessarily continue indefinitely.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes and Free Gifts

Clinicol may offer discount codes, free gifts, bundles, giveaways, referral offers, or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;

  • Promotions have no cash value;

  • Promotions may be subject to availability;

  • A promotion may be limited to one use per customer, household, account, or payment method;

  • Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed; and

  • Promotional abuse may result in cancellation of an order.

If an order qualifies for a free promotional product, the free product is provided on the condition that the qualifying purchase is retained.

If qualifying products are later returned, the promotional product may also need to be returned. If it is not returned, its normal retail value may be deducted from the applicable refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Clinicol's reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, high order volumes, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, and other logistical disruptions.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is generally handled by a third-party carrier.

Please review our Refund Policy for additional information regarding missing, damaged, stolen, refused, or undeliverable packages.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Refund Policy may specify eligibility requirements, time limits, restocking fees, return shipping requirements, promotional deductions, and other conditions.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided to you under applicable law.

13. Proper Use of Products

You agree to use Clinicol products only as reasonably intended and in accordance with the directions, warnings, serving recommendations, and other information provided on the product label.

You are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information before consuming a product.

Do not use a product if:

  • You are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient;

  • The packaging appears materially damaged or tampered with;

  • The product has passed any stated expiration or best-before date where applicable; or

  • A healthcare professional has advised you not to use it.

Clinicol is not responsible for harm resulting from misuse, excessive consumption, failure to follow directions, or use contrary to warnings provided with the product, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Website Content

All information provided through the Clinicol website is provided for general informational purposes.

Although we endeavor to provide accurate information, scientific knowledge, nutrition research, regulatory guidance, product formulations, and recommendations may evolve.

We may modify, update, correct, or remove website content at any time.

You should not rely on the Clinicol website as your sole source of medical, nutritional, or healthcare information.

  • You have the right to provide that content;

  • The content is truthful to the best of your knowledge;

  • The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or obscene.

Where permitted by law and subject to any specific agreement we make with you, you grant Clinicol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute User Content that you voluntarily submit to us for marketing, commercial, and operational purposes.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

We will not knowingly alter customer reviews in a manner that materially misrepresents the reviewer's opinion.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment providers, subscription platforms, shipping carriers, review platforms, social networks, or other services.

Clinicol does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, security, or performance.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

18. Shopify

Our online store may be hosted or supported by Shopify.

Shopify provides ecommerce technology that enables us to sell products and services to customers.

Purchases from Clinicol remain transactions between you and Clinicol except where expressly stated otherwise.

Your use of certain Shopify functionality may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

19. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or Services:

  • For unlawful purposes;

  • To solicit others to perform unlawful acts;

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for violations of these Terms.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

CLINICOL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE;

  • ALL INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT;

  • EVERY PRODUCT WILL BE APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL; OR

  • USE OF A PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

CERTAIN STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF PARTICULAR WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLINICOL AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinicol and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your material violation of these Terms;

  • Your unlawful use of our Services;

  • Your infringement of another party's rights; or

  • Fraudulent or intentionally wrongful conduct by you.

23. Privacy

Your submission and use of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how Clinicol collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

24. Electronic Communications

By using our Services, you consent to receiving transactional electronic communications relating to your purchases, account, subscriptions, deliveries, payments, security, and customer service.

Marketing emails and text messages, where offered, are governed by the consent provided when you enroll and applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe functionality provided with those communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional communications necessary to administer your orders or account.

25. Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

26. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, interfere with our Services, or create material risk to Clinicol or others.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination where appropriate.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

28. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Clinicol regarding your use of the Services, except where additional terms are expressly agreed between us.

30. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, products, technology, or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of our Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
